Where you can dare to dream.

Caleb Richardson

Hello, I’m Caleb. An animation student at University for the creative arts with a specialty in 2D hand drawn. I first picketed up a stylus 8 years ago and haven’t put it down since.

Show real

This is my best work over the past year or so.

Large Projects

This is an animation I made with a brief from a charity shelter. This was also a school assignment to explore the question, “What is homelessness to you?”. For me that exploration was to look at home as a safe place to rely on, this animation is looking at what might feel like not to have that safe place.

This was my first time ever animating for someone, and I think It shows but i’m glad I still have it. I made it for one of my dad’s piano students back in 2018 and we poested it in 2019.

This was the Final Major Project for year 12 and my first animation over a minute long. I spent a lot of my Spring 2024 trip to Japan making this and I don’t regret the time I spent working on it at all.

Here’s my Final Major Project for year 13. It’s my first animation over 2 minutes. It explores the concepts of self and understanding. The different levels of understanding yourself and finding who you really are.

Lifeline was a film that I made in my first year of university. It was a group film, hence the style changes, and I had the pleasure of directing it.
